Ready or not, fall is here! I'm not ready for it, but my house sure is :) Today I'm sharing my living room all decorated for fall. This tour is apart of a blog hop hosted by Heidi from Honey Bear Lane. If you are following the hop and came from The Ginger Home, welcome! And obviously "welcome" to everyone else too :) To continue on the hop or to see some more beautiful fall inspiration, be sure to check out all the links at the bottom of this post!

I didn't change too much in here from my late summer tour since I was pretty happy with everything. But, of course, I added some fall touches in the form of pumpkins and faux wheat. When I bought this ottoman, my mom said, "That's perfect for fall! Looks like a pumpkin!" haha. I seriously have a problem looking at it differently ever since. So, I guess it fits in this tour perfectly well :)

You would be amazed at how often this stuff does not fall over. I have two kids and a dog, and the culprit at knocking stuff over on this is my husband. Figures :)
Most of the changes in this room happened around my fireplace. I added the pumpkins to this cute stool I found on clearance a few weeks ago.
I changed up my mantel by switching out my white cathedral window for this wood one from Kirklands. I added some faux wheat sprigs along my birch branch and topped off the mantel with some white pumpkins.
The wood on the right has been a mainstay here for awhile and I have no desire to change it up. I feel like having both of the bookshelves completely full would cause too much chaos. So, even though I play around with the left side, I don't usually touch the wood :) Maybe one of these days I'll switch it back to all books.
I've been loving the leathers and blues in here lately, so I kept with the theme. This is waaaaay different than my normal decor of neutrals, but I love it. I still love this new rug too! It brighten the space up a ton and just offers a little different direction in my decor.

Here's a good view of my pumpkin....err...ottoman ;) I had this in my Amazon cart for months! I wish I had bought it sooner, I love the contrast it adds in here.
This little corner is actually my kids play corner. You can't tell, but there's a hot mess behind this couch! I do like to try to keep the top of this cabinet pretty though. I tied in the white pumpkins and wheat over here with the terracotta pots from my dining room.

I kept the styling simple on my big ottoman and tray. I made these curly stem pumpkins years ago, and they come out every fall looking as good as ever! They are my favorite decor piece for fall by a long shot!

Here's a wider view of this space. It's still weird to look at it with color. I know....there's not much color, but trust me, this is A LOT compared to what I'm use to!
You can see my video tour of this space here:
The best thing about fall are the scents, like fresh baked pumpkin cookies! If only you guys good smell this space right now, it's like walking into a loaf of spicy pumpkin bread. I'm using my fave no wax, no heat method to fragrance my living room (you can see more here), and the scent is Rustic Spice. Also, if you haven't checked out my giveaway yet, check it out here!
